Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the implementation and development of the project so as to provide quality services.
- Be responsible for liaison with funding organization, collaborative partners and building community networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Master or above will be an advantage.
- Registered Social Worker.
- Professional or clinical qualification will be an advantage.
- At least 10 years working experience in social service.
- Over 5 years experience in management and staff supervision will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in working with underprivileged young children and families.
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, Proficient in information & technology.
- Good at building connections and collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Good leadership and supervision skills.
- Ability in conceptualization of model and research.
- Mission driven, self-directed, innovative, positive with good problem-solving skills, good interpersonal & collaboration skills.
- Willing to work on shift and during irregular hour(evenings/ Saturdays/ public holiday).
- Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
