Responsibilities
  • To provide interpretation and translation services to service users.
  • To back up urgent demand for interpretation service during non-operation hours
Requirements
  • Holder of bachelor (including university graduated from other countries including Pakistan, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Bangladesh, and Vietnam etc.).
  • Relevant working experiences in social service setting is preferred.
  • Relevant working experience in providing interpretation and translation services would be an advantage.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and listening English.
  • Fluent in speaking and listening at least 1 of the following languages such Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Thai, Tagalog, Bengali, Bahasa Indonesia, Sinhalese, Urdu or Vietnamese etc.
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
