"See Every Need" Service
Service Introduction
In 2023, we established the "See Every Need" service initiative, with its initials "S" "E" "N" deliberately echoing our service users — children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This project is designed to enhance public understanding and acceptance of the unique needs of SEN children. Each SEN child possesses distinct needs that often go unnoticed or misunderstood by others. Therefore, this project aims to build bridges of community inclusion through diverse community engagement activities and public education, raising awareness and support for SEN children and their families.
The philosophy of "See Every Need" stems from our belief that every child's needs should be seen, understood, and respected. Our service works closely with various community stakeholders, including the commercial sector, educational institutions, social welfare sector, healthcare professionals, and the general public, to establish a comprehensive support network providing appropriate services and resources for SEN children and their families.
We understand that "need" is not confined to SEN children alone, but extends to their families, caregivers, and indeed every member of society. Through collaboration, we hope to bring new insights, hope, and reflection to all stakeholders, collectively building a more inclusive and caring social environment.
Our service continuously expands its network of partnerships and innovative projects, actively connecting more community resources and professional teams to promote the development of an inclusive culture. We firmly believe that only through cross-sectoral and inter-disciplinary collaboration can we truly realize the vision of "See Every Need", creating a better future for SEN children and their families, and collectively building a more understanding, more accepting, and more inclusive society.
