Carer Plus - Carer Support Service

Introduction

Carer Plus - Carer Support Service was founded in 2021. We are dedicated to accompanying the carers throughout the caregiving process, equipping them with greater competency and exploring life possibilities. Carers are expected to be seen and heard, and to savor their unique scenery along their caregiving journey.

Objectives

• Creates space and opportunities for self-care, diversified development and identity transformation for carers.
• Raises public awareness and understanding towards carers and focuses on the situation and issues related to carers to cultivate a carer-friendly community through public education

Service Contents

1. Programs for physical and mental health promotion, hobby and skill-development
2. Opportunities for carers' identity transformation
3. Public Education oncarer-related resources and information dissemination

Service Target

Persons who are providing care to elderly aged 60 or above
