JC LevelMind
Introduction
Initiated and funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, JC LevelMind is carried out through a cross-sectoral collaboration with sixteen non-profit organisations and three higher education institutions. Carrying on the inspiring outcomes from the first phase, the second phase of the project was launched in November 2025. The project expands to 45 one-stop wellness hubs across 18 districts, providing a supportive, stigma-free environment for youth mental well-being with "Always On Services".
