CS Service：Shamshuipo West Happy Teens Club opens in Hoi Tat Estate

Shamshuipo West Happy Teens Club (SSPWHTC), formerly known as Shamshuipo East Happy Teens Club, has been serving the Shamshuipo district for over 20 years. Since 19 December 2022, it has been relocated to Hoi Tat Estate from Nam Shan Estate and renamed ‘Shamshuipo West Happy Teens Club’. SSPWHTC emphasises on ‘deepening services’ and ‘pooling resources’ to provide integrated services for children and youth in the district and to fully meet their developmental needs.

On 18 March this year, SSPWHTC held a seminar on youth social participation and an opening ceremony with Mr Ricky YIP, District Social Welfare Officer (Sham Shui Po) of the Social Welfare Department, as the guest of honour. Mr Alan CHEUNG, M.H., Honorary President of Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council, Dr Johnson CHEUNG, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the University of Hong Kong, Mr Kim CHEUNG, Project-in-charge of Tuen Mun District Council Yan Oi Tong Youth Space, and two young people, were invited to share their views on the related issues.
