CS Daily：More than 7,800 volunteers supported our territory-wide Flag Day

 

The territory-wide Flag Day of Hong Kong Christian Service (HKCS) was held on February 4, 2023. On that day, more than 7,800 volunteers participated in the street flag-selling activity, including children, youth, parents, elderly, multicultural people, and people in rehabilitation. The donations will be used as capital funds for the redevelopment of the existing site of our Kwun Tong Vocational Training Centre (KTVTC) to a multi-service building, which provides service to children, youth, elderly and family.

In collaboration with a local illustrator Nothing Serious, HKCS has designed a range of exquisite flag sheets, a limited edition gold flag and phone strap as souvenirs for our donors with the theme of ‘Smile with the simple things,’ wishing everyone to stay positive during the pandemic and can put a smile on their faces every day.
