HKCS remains committed to our mission of promoting harmony and has actively participated in the 'Caring Employer' Medal initiative, organised by The Labour and Welfare Bureau, fostering an inclusive workplace through cross-sector partnerships.
We are dedicated to promoting multiculturalism and have launched the 'CS Inclusive Workplace Work Experience Scheme.' This initiative not only provides working opportunities for highly educated individuals with disabilities but also offers training and resources to our staff to foster an inclusive culture.
HKCS is proud to have received the Medal - Level 1: Disability Inclusive Supporter and the Thematic Inclusive Collaboration Award. We sincerely thank our partner CareER for their expert consultation and support. We look forward to continuing to promote an inclusive workplace within the social welfare sector.
