Congratulations to TANG Chun Yu Joe, Centre-in-Charge of our Online New Page - Online Addiction Counselling Centre, who was selected as the 32^nd Outstanding Social Worker by Hong Kong Social Workers Association. He puts his effort into helping young internet addicts regain their life balance and promoting messages of healthy internet use through community education.
