職責
- Provide direct services to services users, including outreaching, counselling, casework, groups and programmes.
- Provide drop-in, hotline or consultation services and make necessary referral to mainstream services.
- Identify target service users of the Team and allocate resources appropriately.
- Be responsible for coordinating and networking with potential service users.
要求
- Registered Social Worker.
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work recognised by Hong Kong's Social Workers Registration Board.
- Relevant working experiences in Ethnic Minorities service.
- Relevant experiences in Family Services or Community work service is preferred.
- Have knowledge about culture and social situations of EM in Hong Kong, Enthusiastic in serving Ethnic Minorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Outgoing, independent and dynamic, able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work on shift and during irregular hours (e.g. during evenings and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offence, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
