職責
- To identify target clients
- To render service to individuals and groups in the forms of advice, guidance, counselling, home visits, information giving, etc.
- To establish community contacts.
- To make referrals.
- To prepare records and reports.
- To assist in carrying out administrative and management duties.
- To investigate and assess needs of the serving areas and to recommend appropriate programmes.
- To assist in the planning and implementation of research projects.
要求
- Holder of diploma in social work or above recognized by the Hong Kong's Social Workers Registration Board for registration Registered Social Worker.
- Have relevant working experience in social work, including youth service.
- Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua for providing counselling service.
- Good communication skills, proactive and responsible.
- Independent, able to work under pressure.
- Passionate to serve at-risk youth and youth outreaching service.
