職責
  • Ensure that the project delivers services that strengthen the functioning of participating families in Sham Shui Po and Tai Po.
  • Ensure that the project meets the expected outcomes across different areas.
  • Collaborate with various project partners to develop an effective model for co-creating child friendly community.
  • Provide regular supervision and guidance to subordinates.
要求
  • Registered Social Worker.
  • Bachelor degree in Social Work recognized by Social Workers Registration Board of Hong Kong.
  • Master or above will be in advantage.
  • At least 8 years direct experience in social work field.
  • Relevant experience in working with underprivileged young children families.
  • At least 2 years work experience in leading team and supervisory role.
  • Fluent spoken English and Chinese, able to speak Putonghua.
  • Proficiency on report writing, both in English and Chinese.
  • Mission driven, Self-directed.
  • Positive with good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on shift and during irregular hour(evenings/ Saturdays/ public holiday).
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
