Responsibilities
  • Organise and implement groups and programmes for ethnic minority elders and caregivers.
  • Assist in networking stakeholders to promote cross-cultural elderly centre services.
  • Assist in managing administrative duties of the elderly centre. 
Requirements
  • Completed Form 5 or HKDSE, or completed secondary education in an overseas country or equivalent (including Foundation Diploma holder of IVE; graduated from Grade 10 from India, Nepal or Pakistan, or obtained School Leaving Certificate of India, Nepal or Pakistan).
  • Having working experience in ethnic minority or elderly service is preferable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority language.
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • First-aid Certificate is preferable.
  • Caring and patient with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on weekend and public holiday. 
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
