Beliefs and Objectives

We strike to work towards a humane and just society. We believe that cultivating caring culture in schools and the whole community will promote healthy personal development. Since 2005, we have been unceasingly launched the Caring School Award Scheme in order to honor those outstanding schools devoted to the promotion of caring culture. We establish a "BLESS" model by reviewing the experiences of the previous awarded schools. It includes five core elements of a caring school, which are "Belief", "Leadership", "Environment", "Support", and "Sharing".

Starting from the school year of 2015-2016, we co-organize the Award Scheme with the Hong Kong Association of Careers Master and Guidance Master (HKACMGM), and over 300 schools were awarded in that school year.

Application form will be sent to schools in the beginning of each school year. Nomination can be submitted by the school itself, Students’ Associations, Parents-Teacher Associations, or related organizations.

All primary, secondary and special schools in Hong Kong.
