Service Introduction

We were the first agency who aroused interest in hidden youth phenomenon and started providing pilot counseling service since 2003. The service had been supported by various funding in the past and was integrated into our mainstream integrated children and youth service from April 2016 in response to the prevailing “hidden” phenomenon in the society.
