Service Mission

Family Networks has been formally established as an Integrated Family Service Centre since 2004. With the direction of Child-centred, Family-focused and Community-based, our Centre aims at providing one-stop and a continuum of preventive, supportive and remedial services, as well as to promote mutual support network in the community.

Program fee
depend on individual program (Person receiving social security or has financial difficulties can apply for fee waiving on membership and fee reduction in programs.)

Our team consists of 16 registered social workers and several program assistants.

Service Application

Applicants for counseling service can contact our social worker on duty for enquiry and registration. We also accept referrals from other agencies.

For membership application and program enrollment, applicants can come to our centre or mail application form with crossed cheque for program attached.

Service Termination

Counselling service will be terminated when the agreed service plan is achieved or proper service referral is arranged. Service users can also approach the responsible social worker for service termination.

Membership is effective for two year. Those not withdrawing their membership are regarded as continuing their membership. If members want to withdraw their membership, they can contact our staf.

If service users want to withdraw from programs, they can contact our staff for arrangement.

  • Eastern Boundary
    - Starts at junction of Chatham Road South and KCR and move along Hung Lok Road, Kin Wan Street and then to the sea shore
  • Southern Boundary
    - Starts at Kin Wan street, moving along the sea shore of Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui Promendade, Star Ferry Pier, HK China Ferry Terminal and reclamation area of West Kowloon
  • Western Boundary
    - Along the sea shore of reclamation area of West Kowloon including Hoi Po Road and Hoi Fai Road, and ends at the junction of Cherry Street and Hoi Fai Road, excluding the Olympic MTR station
  • Northern Boundary
    - Starts at the junction of Ferry Street and Kansu Street, and move along Kansau Street, Gascoigne Road and ends at junction of Chatham Road South and MTR
