In July, Ms. Jeni Pia Chapman, Program Associate for the East Asia and Pacific Office of Global Ministries, and Ms. Phyllis Richards, Program Associate for "One Great Hour of Sharing"(OGHS), visited Hong Kong Christian Service. Being one of the partners of both organisations, the two ladies came to HKCS to see first-hand some of the projects that they have been supporting. They wish to share their experiences in this visit with their U.S. congregations and wish to excite them into helping the needy overseas.

Our Chief Executive Mr. Ng Shui-lai welcomed our guests on behalf of the agency. A tour was arranged for our guests to visit two of our centres at the headquarters, PS 33 and Clinic, and our Wan Hon Multi-service Centre for the Elderly in Kwun Tong district. They were pleased to have such opportunity to visit closely with senior citizen in Hong Kong. They were particularly moved when they visited an old couple that had been receiving our Home Help Service. Our guests cherished the sincere hospitality given by both the agency and our clients.
