Deputy
Secretary for the Health and Welfare Bureau, Mr. Patrick Nip,
accompanied with his three colleagues visited Hong Kong Christian
Service on May 9. The purpose of their visit was to understand
two of our new projects namely 'Project on Elder Abuse Research
and Protocol' and 'Green Bird Action'.
Our Deputy Director, Miss
Betty Woo, represented the agency and met with the guests. The
responsible service supervisor and the staff of the two projects
were pleased to explain the progress of those two projects.
An opportunity to have direct dialogue with the service recipients
of 'Green Bird Action ' was requested for this visit.
