What it takes to produce a high performance team? The answer is EDS - Adventure Service. It provides the tools, insights and ideas for the participants to work as a team to solve the problem, face the challenge, and fulfill the goal. This is important in building the foundation for a high performance team. The tailor-made programmes are individually designed to meet the company's philosophy, vision, and workforce standard.

What separates a good programme from a great one? Studies reflected that the ultimate success or failure of a challenge and adventure activity depends on the qualities and abilities of the facilitators. Their roles are to help the participants to process and identify what they have gain from the experience. Our facilitators are highly trained individuals who have ample experience in the field of Adventure Activity. They train participants in a range of low impact to vigorous physical activity according to the age groups and physical abilities. In other words, instead of regular classroom or meeting workshops, participants are actively involved in the process of change, learning more about themselves and about their team members. In addition, they will learn about the basic soft skills such as communications, teamwork, trust, risk taking, challenge and leadership. We believe each participating team possesses the knowledge and ability to solve their own problems.

Worry about confidentiality? You need not. All information collected is essential to the development of individualized programme from private interviews with the company's key personnel.
