"The Elderly and Elderly Services
in the 21st Century" Variety Show

Towards the 21st century, the advance in technology and our society has changed our way of thinking, style of living, and the roles elders act. Thus, elderly services need to be improved in all ways to meet these advancements. Eight elderly service units of our Agency(including 4 social centres for the elderly, 3 elderly hostels, and a special project unit) have joined hands to hold a variety show called "The Elderly and Elderly Services in the 21st Century" at the Ko Shan Theatre. The entire show was put together by 114 elders, 23 staff members and volunteers.

The contents of the Show were plot around various subjects such as the social circle of elders, late marriage, elderly volunteers, the rights of elders, elders' expectations of family and hostels in the 21st century, etc. The Show also brought out elders' intellectual side in politics, social knowledge, and the acceptance level in new things and technologies.
