Mr. Leung Kam-hung and Mr. Wong Wai-hung, lecturers from the Design Department of our Kwun Tong Vocational Training Centre, were invited to submit designs for a stamp sheetlet to commemorate the Hong Kong Post's participation in Bangkok's 2007 World Philatelic Exhibition.

Although there were two famous commercial advertising firms as competitors, the design of Mr. Leung and Mr. Wong caught the eyes of the screening committee and was chosen for the event. The set of stamp sheetlet will be issued and sold next year. We are overjoyed to see their outstanding achievement and congratulates them.
