In
April of this year, we have once again received
valuable support from the Youth Sustainable Development
and Engagement Fund to launch the Let's Walk (Life
Engagement Training Scheme) - Stage Two. This
scheme targets two groups of youths. On one hand,
we continue to help unengaged youths get out of
their hidden closets. On the other hand, we focus
on helping those that are on the borderline of
becoming "unengaged". These youths have
either no interest or refuse to participate in
any training schemes, or they have registered
but not shown up for the interview, or they miss
all the training lessons in the end.
The plan supplies a one-stop service to both
the unengaged or semi-unengaged youths. Counselors
will guide them to live disciplined lives and
participate in meaningful projects to elevate
their motivation. The ultimate goal is to help
them find a direction for themselves.
We also provide training and support to the parents.
We have a reserve of Hong Kong $150,000 to provide
fund as incentives for participants to work hard
and financial assistance to those who need help.

Hotline (set up especially for the unengaged youths)
