Our second Flag Day was held on 14 May 2005. We raised a record high of HK$1,416,263.50 from 4,725 flag bags collected by our volunteers. This enabled us to go one step further to purchase the premises to expand our Parenting Education Centre.

We owed this huge success to the active participation of over 4,500 people in this fundraising event. This included students, parents and teachers associations from several primary schools, our service clients, service associates, staff and their relatives and friends.

Sincere thanks are extended to all volunteers including the enterprises that allowed their staff volunteer groups to participate, our sponsors and gifts donators. Also our heartfelt thanks to those who allowed us to set up Flag Bag collection stops in their premises.

We will continue to do our best to provide the needy with effective and professional social services.
