The Good People Management Award conceived by the Workplace Consultation Promotion Division of the Labor Department aims to promote, encourage and commend employers to achieve good people management. A record high of 374 establishments participated in 2004.

HKCS was presented a Certificate of Commendation in achieving good people management within the category of establishments with employment size 501 and above.
