Last Year, 'Hopefully Yours' video program series II
produced by the Communications Centre won the Special
Outstanding Achievement Award in our annual staff award
scheme. The monetary prize was designated to produce
a third series titled 'Believe in Tomorrow' this year.
The new production, in collaboration with our Let's
Walk -- Life Engagement Training Scheme, aims to show
how the non-engaged youth (neither employed nor in school)
are motivated to lead a normal life after being equipped
with skills.
This series III program consists of 4 episodes, each
lasting about 3 minutes. Through the sharing of Let's
Walk service clients and social workers, we hope to
deepen the general public's understanding on how young
people remain resilient against unfavorable conditions
and how they rebuild self-confidence. We also want to
promote a sense of acceptance and caring for these young
people. 'Hopefully Yours' Series III will be broadcasted
on public transport buses via RoadShow as well as on
our website www.hkcs.org in April.
