Project Objectives

To improve the living conditions of the elderly and/or families with financial difficulties to safe and tidy environments and thus to enhance their quality of life.

Target

1. Elderly or families with financial difficulties; and
2. Household environments that are prone to have home accidents that deserve immediate improvements; and/or
3. Elderly and/or family members with changing health conditions that require refurbishment or purchase of furniture and/or equipment, and/or modification of the living environments.

Service Boundary

Territory-wide of HKSAR of China

Application Procedure

Referrals need to be made and follow up by registered social worker of welfare agencies.

July 2007 to June 2009

• Phase Four: 1 to 30 June 2008
