Background

“Bliss District Elderly Community Centre” was once named “Wan Hon District Elderly Community Centre”, which was founded in 1998 at Wan Hon Estate of Kwun Tong, serving elders and the community in Kwun Tong District. It was relocated to Choi Fook Estate since 2013.

Goals

The centre is dedicated to provide one-stop, comprehensive and professional community support services for elders by adopting the integrated approach based on the community needs for the ultimate goal of promoting self-initiated, self-learned and self-managed healthy life-style among elders, facilitating them to actively participate in social affairs and continuous learning, and so as to actualize active ageing.

Choi Fook Estate, Choi Tak Estate, Choi Ying Estate, Choi Ha Estate, Wan Hon Estate, Connie Towers, Hong Lee Court, Kwun Tong Garden Estate、Lotus Towers, Lok Wah (South) Estate, Lok Wah (North) Estate, Ngau Tau Kok Upper and Lower Estate, and other surrounding areas.

Please bring along your identity card and come to our centre in person for the application procedure
Withdrawal
Members who do not renew their membership upon expiration will be considered exiting the service voluntarily. People who had not been receiving service from our centre for one year will be considered exiting the service voluntarily. Those who would like to withdraw their membership may approach us directly.
Members who would like to withdraw their membership before the expiry date may approach us directly. Membership fee is not refundable. Those who would like to withdraw their membership may approach us directly.
