DESIGN ·PHOTO EXHIBITION 2006

“DESIGN ·PHOTO EXHIBITION 2006” is organized by the Design & Photography Department of HKCS, Kwun Tong Vocational Training Centre. It will be held at the Exhibition Gallery, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, from 12 to 14 June 2006.

This exhibition feature the professional artwork produced by current graduates of various design disciplines, including Graphic Design, Commercial Design, Illustration & Design, & Interior Design and Photography.Themes of the artwork cover advertising, poster, packaging, publication, CI, Web, card design, pictogram, stool and mask design – as well as Illustration & photography.

This year, students of School of Art, Design, and ICT from Gordon Institute of TAFE, Australia, have joined with our students on a design brief. Around 30 pieces visually interpreting the quote “Peace is the respect for the rights of others” (by Benito Juarez) will be displayed. Same exhibits will be showed in Australia in July 2006.
