Objectives
  1. To provide early education and training services for infants and young children at risk of becoming disabled and those children with developmental delay.
  2. To maximize the developmental functioning of children by supporting and enabling parents/guardians/family members to accept, understand, care for and train their children.
Target Group

Children from birth to 6 years and who are at risk of becoming disabled, with developmental delay, behavioral problems, physical or mental disabled with disability are eligible for applying for our service.
