Objectives
- To provide early education and training services for infants and young children at risk of becoming disabled and those children with developmental delay.
- To maximize the developmental functioning of children by supporting and enabling parents/guardians/family members to accept, understand, care for and train their children.
Target Group
Children from birth to 6 years and who are at risk of becoming disabled, with developmental delay, behavioral problems, physical or mental disabled with disability are eligible for applying for our service.
